These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CallsHQ service and website. CallsHQ is a service operated by CONECOMAI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("CallsHQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Program Terms
Program name: CallsHQ Lead & Call Notifications.
Program description: When a customer calls your business and the call is handled by CallsHQ, the account owner receives an SMS summarizing the caller's name, phone number, service request, and urgency, so you can follow up. These are transactional notifications sent only to the business's own opted-in owner and staff.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your call volume.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By signing up and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive these SMS notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The service
CallsHQ provides a 24/7 customer service line that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, captures lead and call details, and delivers summaries to you by SMS and email. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Billing & trial
The service is offered at a flat monthly rate as described on our pricing page, following any free trial period. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, consumer-protection, and recording-consent laws. You agree not to use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others, to send unlawful content, or to interfere with or disrupt the service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record or process calls in your jurisdiction.
Customer call data
The service captures information from callers to your business. You are responsible for handling that information in compliance with applicable law and your own obligations to your customers. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will capture every call or lead or that summaries will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONECOMAI LLC and its owners, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, or missed leads, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CONECOMAI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
