Information we collect
Business account information you provide at signup (business name, owner name, email, mobile phone number, service address, business type). Call-related data captured by the service (caller name, caller phone number, service request details, call recordings and transcripts).
How we use it
To deliver lead and call notifications to you by SMS and email, to operate and improve the service, and to provide support. We send SMS only to the mobile numbers of account owners and staff who signed up.
SMS / data sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (such as our telephony and email vendors) solely to deliver the service.
